Who Are We?

The Council for Regenerative Culture is a collaborative body of leaders, cultural creatives and peacemakers operating with the tools of 8 Shields Cultural Mentoring, developed by the 8 Shields Group. Our intent is to leave a positive and powerful nature based culture for the next seven generations to inherit.

Culture is inevitable. Culture will happen with or without our mindful influence. We understand the power of cultural systems. All organizations generate cultural systems, knowingly or unknowingly. Organizations can create unintended consequences with vast cultural implications.

The waves generated by the new cultural systems guided by the 8 Shields Group will have lasting implications. We strive to create this foundation with care and mastery as an elder stone mason lays each stone, for a foundation that will last hundreds of years.

The purpose of the Council for Regenerative Culture is to foster communication, creativity, awareness and mindfulness in the cultures we are building, much like traditional village elders guide the trajectory of their villiages.

We invite you to get involved, to help us, or to just support us from the side-lines, while we take the necessary time to refine the Council for Regenerative Culture.
